Adopting a fully digital electronic control design, the equipment supports automatic frequency search and constant current and voltage output. It is equipped with an RS485 communication interface that can connect with a PLC system for intelligent management, suitable for industrial assembly line operations. To ensure stable cleaning quality, the supporting sound pressure meter accurately detects ultrasonic sound field intensity and sound pressure values, monitors the equipment operating status in real time, and timely troubleshoots problems such as uneven sound field, power attenuation and abnormal frequency. It effectively avoids incomplete cleaning and workpiece damage caused by abnormal ultrasonic parameters. The combined equipment integrates high cleaning efficiency, precision and stability, featuring simple operation and energy conservation, serving as core supporting equipment for quality control in precision manufacturing, electronics and medical industries.
