The supporting ultrasonic cutting knife adopts a tungsten carbide cutter head with excellent wear resistance and long service life, supporting stepless amplitude adjustment from 10 to 70μm to precisely control cutting force for different materials. The equipment achieves burr-free and traceless cutting through high-frequency micro-vibration without extrusion or scorched edges during operation.
